RISKS OF USE

Lemon essential oil can be used by pregnant women over 3 months and children, but not babies. Lemon essential oil is, however, irritating to the skin and photosensitizing, so it cannot be used on the skin before exposure to the sun, and without having been diluted beforehand.

 

WAYS OF USE

For Detox
Reserved for over 6s. Orally, 2 drops of Lemon essential oil on a neutral tablet to let melt in the mouth, 3 times a day at the start of a meal, ideally as a 3-week cure.

As an appetite suppressant
For teens and adults only. By mouth, 1 drop of Lemon on a neutral support to let melt in the mouth before the meal.

In case of Nausea, Vomiting (children), Motion sickness
From 3 years. Orally, 1 drop of Lemon in a teaspoon of honey or on a sugar or neutral tablet and let it melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times during the trip.
For adults and children over 6 years old, it is better to use Peppermint essential oil, a reference to fight against motion sickness, nausea and vomiting of all kinds:

• Orally, 1 drop of pure Peppermint essential oil under the tongue.
• In inhalation, breathe directly from the bottle, as soon as necessary.

To clean the air
From 3 months. In diffusion, introduce the number of drops of Lemon essential oil indicated on the instructions for your diffuser and diffuse over a range of approximately 30 minutes.
