Moringa oil contains more than 12% saturated and 80% unsaturated fatty acids. This precious oil is very rich in oleic acid, a monounsaturated omega 9 fatty acid and protein.
The fatty acids are :

Moringa seeds contain a cationic polyelectrolyte which has been shown to be effective in water treatment and purification as a replacement for alumina sulphate. The cakes are rich in anti-bacterial principles and proteins.
